I couldn't agree more to your post. I have been suffering from acne since I was 8 or 9. I am now 25 and I have changed my life significantly. Regular exercise is the best therapy I can recommend, also a good night facial cleanser and light cream to moisturize, those you can find in good quality stores like Goldperth that will sell you the best brands. Healthy foods is a tough one because temptation is around the corner, at least for me.
A good sleep is also instrumental in maintaining good health and in beating stress. As a natural skin care measure, a good sleep delays slacking of skin, but there are supplements that I have tried to eliminate toxins in my body. Green tea, and other antioxidants are helpful.

Finally I think that stress is a determining factor but it is difficult to control, meditation, yoga and work from home :)
